Price Sheet

Package Prices:

  • 10-Session Package: $700 ($70 each)
  • 20-Session Package: $1,300 ($65 each)
  • 30-Session Package: $1,800 ($60 each)
    Single Session: $75 each

Initiation Fee: $100 (one-time fee to start on either package or special fees).


SPECIAL: 4 weeks or up to 12 sessions — $540 ($45 each session)
*This is limited and DOES NOT ROLLOVER to the following month. Specials cannot be placed ON HOLD.
We accept Major Credit Cards, Checks or Cash.
(a 3% surcharge is added to all Credit Card transactions.


Breakdown of a 60-minute session:

  1. Warm up using our Cardio Theater (10-20 minutes)
  2. Basic Stretching (5 minutes)
  3. Actual Workout with our trainer (30 minutes)
  4. Assisted Stretching (10 minutes) — (Lactic acid builds up in your muscles during workout and stretching after workout releases build up as well as reduce muscle fatigue and recovery.)

For the benefit of all others, observe our RULES:


  1. Call 24 HOURS in advance if you cannot make your session to avoid charges.
  2. BE ON TIME for your session, if you are late for your session the session will still end on time.
  3. NO CELL PHONE use allowed in the gym.
  4. If your session is BEFORE 9 AM, call before designated start time (215-245-0802).
  5. All sessions in any PACKAGE must be completed within 150 DAYS from the purchased date, or be forfeited.
    • Two weeks before your package is up, clients must purchase their next package.
  6. SPECIAL fees are only good up to 4 WEEKS or 12 SESSIONS from purchase date or be forfeited.
    • Third week before your SPECIAL is up, client must purchase the next special.
  7. Package, Special or Individual fees are NON-TRANSFERABLE.
  8. During your session wear APPROPRIATE clothes and closed-toed athletic shoes with support.
  9. Please be courteous and respectful, and practice proper HYGIENE.

Make sure you get enough sleep, to allow your body to recover and rebuild itself. Eating well is paramount; planning the right amount of food in frequency will help boost your metabolism to achieve your desired goals. Your body needs to be properly fueled before each session. Eat a small meal 2 hours before your session.

Following the session , make sure you have the proper amount of protein and carbohydrates.
