This gym is not like other gyms because it’s better!
This gym is not like other gyms because it’s better (it’s a bonus that it also doesn’t smell like a typical, sweaty gym). It’s clean AND the fact that it’s 1 on 1, there is no room for distraction. The heart of this place is from the owners, Marian and Pondeli. They’re world class and they truly care about what they do and the results clients want for themselves. No gimmicks. As for the training, Marian is not only knowledgeable about fitness, but she is fitness. Her experience shows when you train with her and she can train women and men of all ages (I’m scared of that moment, when the time comes when I become stronger and she’ll REALLY put me to work). She pushes you but also makes sure there are no injuries. I can’t wait to get my sexy results!!!
